Sublimation

Sublimation is a process similar to heat transfer, but instead of using transfer paper, the design is printed on sublimation paper, which is then pressed onto a garment. Sublimation ink turns from a solid to a gas when heated and embeds itself into the fabric. Once cool, it returns to a solid. With sublimation printing, there’s no raised layer, leaving no difference between the material and the design. It’s durable and lasts as long as whatever you are printing on.
