Can I pay for my order with cash?
It all depends on which organization you are ordering from. Some organizations offer this as an option and others are strictly online. You can see if the activity you are ordering from accepts checks or cash by going to their main page and reading the ordering instructions. This will also specify who checks can be made out to and where to drop off your payment. If it's an available form of payment you will be able to select 'check/cash' from the payment dropdown when you are checking out. If not it will automatically default to enter your card info.
When will my order be ready?
Most of the order forms are done in bulk to keep your prices as low as possible. This means that we won't begin processing your order until the activities closing date. Make sure to reference the main page of your organizations activity for details including the estimated pick up and shipping departure dates. Typically you can expect your items 2-3 weeks from the date the sale ends.
Order forms that are up year round do not have a closing date and therefore have an average turn around time of 2-3 weeks from the date the order was placed.
How much is shipping? Do I have to ship my order?
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 per order. If you would prefer to pick your order up select 'Pick up at School/Organization' at checkout. Please note that not all organizations offer this option. Electing to pick up your order can help you avoid shipping fees, especially if you live near the school or organization you are ordering from. Make sure to visit the main page of the organization you are ordering from to find out where/when you can pick up your order and if they are offering this option.
How do I know what size to order?
Most of the products we offer run true to size. If you are unsure, please use your favorite search engine to look up the brands sizing chart as this can be helpful in determining which is right for you. For example, if a school is offering a Gildan 5000 Short Sleeve T-Shirt, simply search for 'Gildan size chart' to bring up that company's sizing specifications. Some brands we frequently offer include: Gildan, Badger, Under Armour, Holloway, Richardson, Augusta and Port Authority / Sport-Tek.
What is the CSC box on the Payment page for?
CSC stands for Card Security Code and pertains to the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your card. If you are paying online this information must be completed to submit your order.
Nothing is happening when I click on my schools icon on the main page. What's going on?
Our homepage shows not only the organizations that are active, but also the organizations that have gone through us before. If your organization is grayed out and towards the bottom of the screen, that means they currently have no product to sell. You will find all active sites towards the top of the page and they will appear more vibrant in color.
How do I know if I'm logged in?/I logged in and it keeps asking me to change my password.
If the top right hand-corner of your screen says 'log out', you're currently logged in. If not click 'log in' and follow the steps. On your account page, it will welcome you and give you the option update your account information if you need to. It will also show orders you've placed with us.You can click on your cart(top right-hand corner) to finish shopping or to start.
